Dimensity 920 was officially launched by its parent company, MediaTek in August 2021.

• The first 2X cores of MediaTek dimensity 920 are installed to do high performance with very high speed. These cores are manufactured using ARM CORTEX A78 CPU. This CPU is capable of providing a clock speed of 2.5 GHz.
• The next 6X cores in Dimensity 920 are installed to do tasks with great efficiency. These cores are manufactured with the help of ARM CORTEX A55 CPU. Moreover, this CPU is able to provide a clock speed of 2.0 GHz.

The CPU of MediTek Dimensity 920 processor is constructed using a 6 NM fabrication process. TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited)  has made the CPU using a 6 NM process.

• MFNR ZSL support is also available in this processor. 

MFNR is a technique in which a camera takes pictures from multiple frames. Later, it combines all the images from different frames to reduce the external disturbance. ZSL is a method in which all frames are kept in a buffer. And, an image is taken from the buffer, once the button of shutter is clicked. This method is helpful to reduce lagging.
